Refund & Return Policy

At Sak Pasé Express, all items are made to order. Because of this, we operate under a strict but fair return policy to ensure product quality and prevent misuse.

All Sales Are Final

All products are made to order and are considered final sale. We do not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations once an order has been placed.

Please ensure all details (size, color, shipping address, etc.) are correct before completing your purchase.


Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If you receive an item that is damaged, defective, or incorrect, you must contact us within 5 days of delivery.

To be eligible for a replacement:

  • You must provide clear photos of the item

  • Photos must show the issue (damage, defect, or incorrect item)

  • The item must be unused and in original condition

If approved, we will provide a replacement of the same item at no additional cost.

We do not issue refunds for these cases unless a replacement cannot be fulfilled.


Sizing & Fit

We do not offer refunds or exchanges for sizing issues.

Sizing charts are provided on product pages. It is the customer’s responsibility to review sizing information before purchasing.


Order Changes & Cancellations

Orders cannot be modified or canceled once they have been placed. This includes:

  • Address changes

  • Product changes

  • Quantity changes


Shipping Issues

We are not responsible for:

  • Delays caused by carriers

  • Lost or stolen packages marked as delivered

  • Incorrect shipping addresses provided at checkout

If a package is returned due to an incorrect address, the customer is responsible for reshipping costs.


Chargebacks & Disputes

By placing an order, you agree to this policy.

Initiating a chargeback without contacting us first may result in:

  • Order denial in the future

  • Permanent restriction from purchasing

We are always willing to work with customers directly to resolve legitimate issues.
