Order Processing

Orders are processed after payment has been successfully completed.

Processing times may vary depending on the product or service type. For apparel and custom merchandise, items are made to order and require additional production time before shipment.

Estimated processing time:

  • Apparel & custom products: 2–7 business days

  • Other items or services: Varies based on availability and fulfillment method

Processing times are separate from shipping times.


Shipping Timeframes

Once an order has been processed and shipped, estimated delivery times may vary depending on destination, carrier, and external factors.

Typical shipping timeframes:

  • Domestic (U.S.): 3–7 business days after shipment

  • International: 7–21 business days after shipment

These timeframes are estimates only and are not guaranteed.


Fulfillment & Carriers

Orders may be fulfilled through internal operations or third-party partners, including print-on-demand providers and logistics services.

Shipping carriers may include, but are not limited to:

  • USPS

  • UPS

  • FedEx

  • Other regional or international carriers

Carrier selection is determined at our discretion.


Tracking Information

Tracking information will be provided once your order has been shipped, when available.

Shipping Delays

We are not responsible for delays caused by:

  • Customs processing (for international orders)

  • High order volume

  • Supply chain or production delays

  • Incorrect or incomplete shipping information

Delays do not qualify for refunds or cancellations.


Incorrect Address

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information.

If an incorrect address is provided:

  • We are not responsible for lost or misdelivered packages

  • Orders returned to sender may require additional shipping fees to resend

  • Orders may not be recoverable in all cases


Lost or Stolen Packages

Once an order has been marked as delivered by the carrier, Sak Pasé Express is not responsible for lost or stolen packages.

If your package is marked as delivered but cannot be located, please contact the shipping carrier directly.


International Shipping

International orders may be subject to:

  • Import taxes

  • Additional fees imposed by the destination country

These charges are the responsibility of the customer.

We are not responsible for delays caused by customs.


Split Shipments

Orders containing multiple items may be shipped separately depending on product type, availability, or fulfillment method.

You may receive multiple tracking numbers for a single order.


Delivery Services (Local Orders)

For any local delivery services offered:

  • Delivery windows are estimates only

  • Timing may vary due to external conditions

  • Responsibility may transfer upon successful delivery completion
